We aim to post your purchase within three working days of you placing your order. We live very rurally so it’s not always possible for us to visit the post office every day! If your order is for a special occasion, such as a birthday, or required by a specific date, please let us know in your order notes.

• UK

  Orders will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm. Your order should reach you on the next business day after dispatch. Someone will need to be in to sign for it.

  Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information and individual tracking number.

• REST OF THE WORLD

  Orders will be sent by International Tracked/Signed (the exact method varies by country). This normally takes around 5 business days from the date of dispatch to reach European destinations, and sometimes up to around 10 business days to reach destinations throughout the rest of the world.

  Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information and individual tracking number.

  We don’t send items as gifts and declare the full value of the item(s) on the customs duty label affixed to the outside of your parcel.

  Most countries impose their own import taxes and/or customs duties, and please also be aware that some countries may have import restrictions. Please be careful to research your own country’s regulations before placing your order to avoid disappointment. Customs confiscations will not be refunded, and we are not responsible for any import taxes or customs fees.
